Duraclean is a leading provider of water and mold mitigation in the north Metro Atlanta area. We strive to deliver water, fire , and mold remediation services that are second to none. The customer is central to our company and we bend over backwards to ensure their satisfaction. Looking for a professional with emphasis on customer satisfaction to help our growing reconstruction division.
Job Description
- Assist the project manager in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning to implementation
- Estimate and negotiate with insurance adjusters
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure project success and budget
- Supervise onsite personnel and vendors to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Interface with project inspectors, vendors, crews, and clients to ensure seamless communication
- Negotiate with vendors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
- Clean driving record
- Working knowledge of Xactimate
- A willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools (hammer, saw, etc.)
- Ability to complete basic punch list items at end of project such as trim, caulk, and paint touchups.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
