Job description
As a member of Level Creek Property Restoration, you will be a part of a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, core values, and respect for all. As a Reconstruction Project Manager, you will plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers involved in our insurance reconstruction services. This job has a base salary and competitive commission structure.

Salary: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year PLUS Commissions

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the project estimate.
- Preparation and updating the project schedule.
- Maintain communications with all members of the project team including client and their representatives, inspectors, vendors, subcontractors, and others essential to the success of the project.
- Monitor and forecast cost to complete.
- All closeout of projects including the management of punch out activities, preparation of warranty documents, acquisition of lien waivers and other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior work in insurance restoration industry preferred by not required.
- Construction management or related field preferred but not required.
- Xactimate software experience preferred but not required.
- Experience with construction software and technology.
- Knowledge of, change orders, work orders, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Must possess excellent time management, communications, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively balancing multiple concurrent assignments.
