Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
The Business Development Manger targets new and existing customers and markets by planning and implementing short and long term sales, marketing and product development programs that ensure that the company achieves its goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or marketing or equivalent and a minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing sales and sales management, preferably in related product lines.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication, leadership, organization, presentation and problem-solving skills.
An understanding of B2B sales, marketing, market analysis and market development.
Good ERP computer skills, experience in MS office software, experience in working with CRM.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee all current global accounts
· Business development – new product launches, new markets, current market penetration
· Creates and manages rolling semi-annual forecasting and year-end forecasting
· Manages manufacturer’s rep and distribution networks
· Develops and manages sales and marketing operating budgets
· Prepares sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base and market expansion
· Travel to current and new accounts, trade shows, industry conferences
· Analyzes and recommends changes to product lines and price changes
· Work directly with R&D to determine market fit for new product development
· Supervise Customer Service activities to ensure all customer needs are being met
· Represents the company at trade shows to promote the product
· Ensures that customer complaints are processed promptly and accordingly
· Performs other duties, as assigned. Duties may be revised as management deems necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
