Duraflex International is seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. This individual will be tasked with many roles during their time at Duraflex. General duties will include inspecting and testing products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet established quality standards, identifying any defects or inconsistencies, and reporting issues to relevant teams to maintain product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
· Conducting inspections - Examining raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify any defects or deviations from specifications using visual checks, measurements, and testing equipment.
· Data collection and analysis
· Quality control monitoring - Monitoring production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify areas where quality may be compromised.
· Investigating root causes of quality issues, proposing corrective actions, and working with production teams to implement solutions.
Maintaining detailed records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and other quality documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
