Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced On-Site Supervisor to oversee the Day care and its daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations and maintaining safety standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and parents. The Site Supervisor will play a critical role in care for the children and managing staff, especially when the Director is absent.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on site
- Manage the staff, help with the kids and help the Director
- On-site supervisor will help day to day with the running of the Daycare
- Make sure compliance is kept with CCR&R and HHS
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to ensure that needs are being met.
- Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering collaborative care for the children. Making their environment safe and in compliance.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved, parents and instructors.
Skills
- Must be able to lift some heavy objects, twist, and bend
- Must be CPR and First aid certified.
- Must have some experience in the role as on-site supervisor
- Must be able to perform job when Director is off site
- Some cooking skills would be helpful.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $9.00 - $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
