We are hiring a 1st Shift Final Inspector to join our team!
The Final Inspector performs detailed visual inspection of screen printed parts using DuraTech Workmanship Standards and/or customer specified cosmetic standards to separate and contain bad product.
What you will do:
- Removes scrap material from around die cut parts and slugs from die cut holes or selectively die cut adhesive.
- Removes waste material from around parts and inside letters when kiss cut to the adhesive liner.
- Verifies completion of all manufacturing processes and compares part to blueprint.
- Visually inspects (both daytime and nighttime) parts for cosmetic and die cut defects and compares to DuraTech Workmanship Standards and/or customer standards.
- Records on a tally sheet/tablet, the number of defective parts by department and advises appropriate department when there is significant fallout.
- Packages parts per customer specifications or ease of handling and labels packages in accordance to customer and/or DuraTech specifications.
- Operates a shrink wrap machine to meet customer packaging specifications. Maintains focus on all product counts and inspection processes resulting in a high degree of accuracy in both product quality and quantity.
Must haves:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience in a quality-related role preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
