This Role:
Our team is currently seeking a Master Database Coordinator. This role will be based out of our Grand Rapids office, primarily working remotely but will come to the office for training and other meetings.
What You Will Do:
The Master Database Coordinator will maintain information in our Oracle ERP Manufacturing database. They will work closely with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Production Control, Customer Service, Product Engineering, Cost Accounting, Distribution, Marketing and Information Systems to establish and maintain accurate and complete information data.
How You Will Do It:
- Create, update, and maintain bills of material, routings, and inventory segments in the Oracle EBS Manufacturing database (Version 12.1.3) through Engineering Notices (EN) and Special Product Requests.
- Generate and manage change requests, obtain necessary approvals, organize and publish data, including product drawings, and communicate change notices.
- Assign and enter new product part numbers into the database as needed.
- Implement database changes to align with evolving business needs.
- Ensure compliance with company data governance policies and maintain consistency across all database entries.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in product and inventory data.
What We’re Looking For:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products with advanced experience in Microsoft Excel (V lookup pivot table ability).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Current U.S. work authorization without requiring future sponsorship.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing production and Oracle EBS a plus.
- Dataloader Macro experience is a plus, helping to automate data entry and migration processes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
