Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare consistent products using established recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness of food-prep equipment and the surrounding area.
- Check production schedules to determine variety and quantity of goods.
- E nsure items are covered, stored, and dated properly.
- R otate stock using the first-in, first-out method.
- C hange food containers in coolers/freezers as needed, noting the date prepared.
Key Skills:
- Experience with kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
- Accurate and detail-oriented.
- Able to learn and memorize procedures.
- Friendly and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
Work Arrangements:
- Full or part-time positions typically 25-30 hours/week.
- Varying work hours between morning and evening.
- No Sunday hours.
- Rotating schedules including some evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- On-the-job training provided.
