This is an on-site position based out of our headquarters is Myerstown, PA.
JOB SUMMARY
Support, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware & software of End Users at Dutch Valley.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting & Maintaining Dutch Valley Computer Network
- Supporting End User Computers (hardware, OS)
- Troubleshooting: Monitors, keyboards, mice, disk drives, etc.
- Supporting Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
- Microsoft 365 planning & configuration
- SEG (Secure Email Gateway) planning & configuration
- Desktop Security (Antivirus, firewall, auditing, logging, etc)
- Assist in planning and building MDR processes and auditing
- Manage training new users on Dutch Valley IT software & hardware
- Oversee and manage helpdesk support personnel
- Manage weekly Helpdesk huddles and goals
