Dutch Village – Seasonal Manager

We are seeking managerial candidates for our Dutch Village location. This is a seasonal position that will typically run from April through September. To be successful in this position you should be self-starter who is able to develop and lead team members to provide outstanding customer service to every customer.

Responsibilities

Responsible for overseeing all elements of store operation including but not limited to:

· Upholding all company policies and procedures

· Overseeing completion and accuracy of daily paperwork

· Accurately maintaining merchandise inventory

· Ordering and ensuring that received merchandise is properly priced and merchandised

· Control cost using correct portion controls

· Coaching, mentoring and developing team, including overseeing new employee hiring, development, and accountability

· Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are kept in good operating condition to promote health, safety, and best possible customer experience

· Ensuring daily financial controls are in place and executed

· Any other task required by supervisor

Skills and Qualities Needed To Perform Job:

· Friendly, customer service, and sales driven attitude

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

· Competency with monetary transactions

· Basic computer knowledge in a Microsoft Windows environment required

· Outstanding interpersonal relationship building, employee coaching, and development skills

· Demonstrated ability to multitask and effectively manage time

Availability

· Days, nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds in the transport of food, beverage, supplies and equipment.

Must be over the age of 18.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
