The successful candidate will be responsible for executing retail store sales, operations, and responsibilities to deliver consistent, positive customer experiences and drive profitable top-line sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and staff the dispensary with top talent
- Coach, develop, and maximize associate success
- Analyze key business metrics, create action plans, and gain buy-in from the team
- Ensure effective P&L management, including expense budgets and accounts receivable
- Direct workforce management activities and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Oversee operational execution, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Develop and enforce compliance controls and processes
- Foster positive relationships with regulators, inspectors, and law enforcement personnel
Requirements
- 21 years of age or older
- Multiple location leadership experience or three years of high-volume management in cannabis, specialty retail, or a comparable environment
- Inventory control experience required
- Proactive, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and communication skills
