Temporary employee to handle accounts payable
The candidate should have office experience with data entry and excel skills.
RATE: $20.70 - $22.70/hr. On W2
Duties include:
Data entry of invoices, refunds and fixed assets into accounting database
Filing of payment documents
Reviewing / Researching statements
Vendor correspondence
Annual fixed asset reporting review
Records Management – boxing up files
Required / Desired Skills:
3 years of experience in data entry of invoices, refunds, and fixed assets into accounting database
3 years of experience in filing of payment documents
3 years of experience in reviewing and researching statements
3 years of experience in vendor correspondence
3 years of experience in annual fixed asset reporting review
3 years of experience in records management, including boxing up files
Salary : $21 - $23
