What are the responsibilities and job description for the Grade Crew Member position at Duval Asphalt?
Duval Asphalt is currently seeking a grade crew member to join our grade crew. We are looking for those with no experience who want to build their career as well as those with prior experience that might be applicable to our line of work. Primary function would be a laborer/roller operator.
Hardwork, good communication, loyalty and excellence is what we look for in our team members. Team members will learn to cross train, assist in work site cleanup as required amongst other duties as assigned by their foreman. Punctuality is expected. A full paid day of orientation, onboarding, and safety training is provided.
