Responsibilities:

As a Tunnel Car Wash Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that each vehicle that enters our car wash tunnel receives top-notch care and attention. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Prepping and Scrubbing Cars: Greet customers as they arrive at the car wash and inspect their vehicles for any visible dirt or debris. Prior to sending the car into the tunnel, perform a thorough pre-wash by hand, scrubbing areas that require extra attention, such as wheels, bumpers, and other hard-to-reach spots.

Operating Car Wash Equipment: Learn to operate the car wash tunnel equipment effectively and safely. This includes understanding the controls, brushes, and other cleaning mechanisms to ensure optimal performance.

Guiding Vehicles into the Tunnel: Direct drivers to properly position their vehicles on the conveyor belt, ensuring that they are safely secured for the wash cycle.

Maintaining Clean and Organized Work Area: Keep the work area tidy and organized, including the tunnel, pre-wash station, and surrounding areas. Regularly remove debris and maintain supplies to ensure seamless operations.

Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Ensure that each customer has a positive experience during their visit.

Maintaining Equipment: Perform basic equipment inspections on car wash equipment and report any malfunctions or issues to the management promptly.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for spotting dirt or areas that require additional cleaning.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain focused during repetitive tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
