Duvera's client, a growing mid-sized Texas-based law firm, is seeking a highly skilled Legal Assistant with transactional experience in real estate law to join their dynamic team of attorneys.
Key Responsibilities :
Required Skills & Software Proficiency :
Advanced skills in redlining, merging, and comparing documents
Expert in managing emails and group calendaring
Intermediate proficiency
Expertise in organizing indexed documents, converting formats, editing / searching PDFs, combining and splitting PDFs, and managing PDF signature pages
Strong skills in document management (searching, saving, retrieving, etc.)
Experience is a plus
