Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the practice, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, insurance billing, and financial reporting.
- Supervise staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high level of service.
- Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Coordinate patient scheduling and ensure optimal patient flow within the office.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adherence to confidentiality regulations.
- Utilize practice management software to streamline operations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience in a healthcare management role with knowledge of medical terminology.
- Experience with insurance credentialing, verification, and billing
- Strong financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
- Experience with human resources functions within a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in practice management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, patients, and stakeholders.
