What You'll Do:
As our Program Coordinator, you'll work closely with the center director to:
- Inspire and Support Staff: Boost team morale, provide training, and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain licensing and regulatory standards for a safe and high-quality program.
- Enhance Programs: Assist in designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Build Relationships: Collaborate with families to create a warm, welcoming community.
- Recruit New Talent: Help bring passionate and dedicated individuals to our team.
Transferable Skills Welcomed!
Have experience as a Nanny, Office Manager, Youth Program Leader, or Administrative Coordinator? You may already have the skills to excel in this role!
What We're Looking For:
- Education: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Experience: 2 years working with children (ages 6 weeks to 5 years).
- Health Requirements: Clear TB test and recent physical.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing various physical tasks.
