What You'll Do:
As our Program Coordinator, you'll collaborate closely with the center director to:

Inspire and Support Staff: Boost team morale, provide training, and cultivate a collaborative work environment.

Ensure Compliance: Uphold licensing and regulatory standards to maintain a safe and high-quality program.

Enhance Programs: Assist in designing and implementing engaging, age-appropriate activities.

Build Relationships: Partner with families to create a warm, welcoming community.

Recruit New Talent: Help bring passionate and dedicated individuals to our team.

Have experience as a Nanny, Office Manager, Youth Program Leader, or Administrative Coordinator? Your skills may already align well with this role!
What We're Looking For:

Education: Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent certification).

Experience: 2 years working with children (ages 6 weeks to 5 years).

Health Requirements: Clear TB test and recent physical.

Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Physical Requirements:
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and performing various physical tasks.
