We are a well established & rapidly growing roofing company that prides itself on quality workmanship & customer satisfaction. As we expand, we are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Office Administrator to support our team with a particular focus on accounting, project record keeping and ensuring all client information and project data are organized and accessible. This is a key role that helps keep our projects on track and our clients informed, contributing directly to the success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create & maintain accurate project files, both digital & physical, including contracts, project details & client information.
- Assist sales staff with invoicing and track payments received.
- Prepare financial reports & statements as needed.
- Weekly payroll processing & employee records.
- Record & reconcile company expenses.
- Assist sales staff with organizing new daily client project requests.
- Assist with marketing efforts, such as media, advertisement & promotional items.
Qualifications & skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite( Word, Excel, Outlook )
- Familiar with Quickbooks accounting software.
- Great communication & customer service skills.
- Previous office experience or associates degree in accounting
- Ability to work with a team and handle confidential information.
