Job Responsibilities
The Vendor Administrator is the essential point of contact for the vendor and technician partners of DWM and provides support and problem-resolution for their questions and concerns. The Vendor Administrator also provides daily assistance to the DWM Technician Network through database maintenance and supports the Accounting department through various functions such as processing invoices according to DWM standards.
- Monitors and manages the DWM Technician Network database by removing duplicates, verifying and updating vendor rates, and processing name, address, and classification changes
- Provides excellent customer service to vendors through phone and email by answering calls, responding to inquiries, resolving billing errors, and confirming payments
- Ensures vendors comply with DWM requirements and processes vendor onboarding paperwork as well as obtaining updated forms when paperwork expires
- Communicates internally and externally to ensure processes are followed and information is shared with appropriate parties
- Supports the Accounting department with vendor and work-order follow-up, processing invoices as needed, and managing the Accounting and Vendor Relations email inboxes, responding to all inquiries
- Works with Accounts Payable Manager on escalated issues
Regular schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm in office.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED required
Accounting experience preferred
