The ILLINOIS HAMMER (DWORKIN & MACIARIELLO) is waiting for you to join our team! Everyone on Team D&M is dedicated to helping injured people receive the care and compensation they deserve. We are looking for compassionate, empathetic people who enjoy helping others, for our NEW CLIENT COORDINATOR POSITION. ONSITE THEN HYBRID AFTER 3-6 MONTHS. Positions available along with flex schedule opportunities. Our nationwide team also knows how to have fun!
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and sense of empathy
- Sales experience a plus
- Using persuasive communication to inform potential clients and assist them in retaining our firm to represent them
- Law firm experience preferred
Education:
- High School graduate or higher
Responsibilities:
- Collect in-depth information from prospective client and evaluate facts for potential Workers Compensation/ Personal Injury cases.
- Use Sales Force software to input case information and digitally send retainer documents.
- Follow-up on with prospective client and assist with document completion and obtaining medical treatment
- Work with attorneys and support staff to evaluate potential cases and provide an exceptional level of customer service.
- NO COLD CALLING INVOLVED
Compensation and Benefits:
- $25-$28 /HR
