Description
The Controller - ACI plays a key role in the ACI organization. The ACI Controller engages with their team to ensure timely and accurate accounting, analyzes manufacturing activity, cost and variances and supports the forecasting and budgeting processes along with managing the accounts payables and accounts receivable functions for ACI.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the month end close process including creating and entering journal entries, preparing month end management reporting and analysis
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Partner with plant leadership team in business strategy and initiatives
- Responsible for account reconciliations
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting process
- Sets and monitors labor and OH rates, standard costing process
- Analyze costs, production levels and manufacturing variances
- Participate in operations initiatives
- Own cycle count audit process
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 5 years of accounting experience, in a manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel Skills
