HVAC Service Tech

Job Summary:

Dwyer Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heating and Air Conditioning Technician to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for providing top-notch HVAC services to our clients in a timely and professional manner. This is a technician/service role, and the individual hired will have the opportunity to work independently and showcase their expertise in HVAC systems. This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, with a compensation range of $60,000 to $120,000 per year, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

- Perform installations, repairs, and maintenance on heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and boilers.
- Diagnose system malfunctions, make necessary repairs or replacements, and ensure systems are functioning properly.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to identify their needs, provide recommendations, and answer any questions or concerns.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations while working on job sites.
- Keep accurate records of services provided and equipment used.
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in HVAC technology.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant trade school or certification preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience working as an HVAC technician.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
