Essential Job Functions
- Ability to install commercial and open-source applications for use on a large multi-platform network.
- Ability to work closely with Engineering customers, understand business needs, perform root cause analysis, help drive the resolution of issues, and propose process improvements.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues by assessing multiple components such as software, network, data access, user environment, OS, and licensing.
- Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail, well organized, takes initiative with minimal supervision, and can quickly pick up new skills.
- Experience with supporting business critical custom and COTS Engineering applications.
