Key Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with ITSM, service Towers, and Account Management to ensure proper reporting of service levels, client billing, and risk management
- Monitor incident and problem management activities to identify opportunities for improving response times, while ensuring comprehensive and timely Root Cause Analysis reports are delivered
- Provide support to Chief Architect and Tower Leads to manage new solution proposals and projects
- Oversee capacity reporting by working with service Towers and Capacity Manager
- Maintain detailed documentation regarding services, resources, performance metrics, cross functional processes, and escalation procedures. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and other stakeholders
- Work with the Tower Leads to manage and report on internal or non-billable projects
- Work closely with the Technical Account Manager to address service-related escalations or customer satisfaction issues
- Help create and deliver training documentation to meet service delivery goals and organizational needs
- Monitor the allocate compute and storage resources based on project requirements and business priorities
- Continuously assess and suggest improvements to enhance the quality, efficiency, and reliability of our reporting and documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- 10 years of experience in IT service delivery or IT operations management
- 5 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven experience supporting teams and delivering IT services in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to support service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
