Essential Job Functions
- Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring services are provided as per contractual obligations and service levels are met or exceeded
- Work closely with Client Service Manager and Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient account operations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Interface with senior level client executives for strategic planning and reporting
- Participate in budget management and cost control for accounts
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies
- Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary
- Provide regular status updates on account performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead technical teams, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development
- Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10 years of relevant work experience in industry, with minimum of 7 years in a similar role
- Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles
- Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership
- Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
- 7 years leading and managing cross-functional teams
- This is a remote role based in the USA
- 10 years of relevant work experience leading implementation and delivery of global End User service delivery model, including management and operations of deskside support, remote support, depot management and services, global dispatch support
- 7 years of relevant work experience leading implementation and delivery of hardware asset management solutions
- 7 years of relevant work experience leading implementation and delivery of global hardware refresh program, including strategy, design, delivery, governance, and reporting
- 5 years of relevant work experience leading ITSM integrations and updates to support, measure, and optimize end user services, asset management, and depot services
- Support revenue, margin and cost objectives for the account
- Contract compliance (SLAs, audits, risks, service governance
- Productivity (LPI , right shoring, automation, lean, adherence to DXC standards
- Operational Excellence (billability, utilization, rotation, compliance, risk governance
- Employee engagement (skills development, trainings, certifications, succession planning)
