Essential Job Functions :
- Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring services are provided as per contractual obligations and service levels are met or exceeded
- Work closely with Technical Account Manager and Delivery Leads to ensure efficient account operations
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Interface with client for strategic planning and reporting
- Collaborate with leadership to define and track key performance metrics
- Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies
- Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary
- Provide regular status updates on account performance to internal and external stakeholders
- Direct technical teams in the delivery of dispatch, depot, and project requests from client
