Responsibilities of the Repair Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Communication with customers and sales team regarding repair opportunities
- Preparing price quotes and sourcing parts for repairs
- Verify availability of stock and ship dates
- Enter and follow repair jobs through completion
Qualifications of the Repair Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- 2-4 years of industrial pump and/or industrial rotating equipment knowledge
- 2-4 years of prior customer service and sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines

Additional Information:
Physical Demand: Able to lift 20lbs., ability to sit using a computer for extended periods of time
Working Conditions: 90% Office environment; 10% machine/fabrication shop
Training/Certifications: N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Day Shift 7:30am-4:30pm; overtime with approval
Travel: Acceptable driving record required according to company guidelines
Education: High School diploma or GED
