Commercial Cleaner
Flexible Schedule - night shift
25-30 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Perform all cleaning duties for facility using provided cleaning products, tools, and procedures
- Remove all trash daily from bathrooms, breakroom, conference rooms, and all offices and cubicles
- Clean bathrooms daily (empty garbage, clean toilets, walls/stalls, sinks and mirrors, fill soap, paper towels, toilet paper, sweep and mop floor)
- Clean breakroom daily (empty garbage, wipe down tables, sweep and mop floor)
- Sweep and mop entryway hallways daily
- Vacuum entryway carpets daily
- Fill soap dispensers and hand sanitizers and ensure functionality daily
- Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop facility departments
- Clean windows, doors, and dry erase boards
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Use proper PPE as required
- Spot clean as necessary!
Requirements
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper preferred
