We’re seeking a proactive Used Vehicle Reconditioning Advisor to join our Used Vehicle Team, working closely with Used Managers and Directors in a fast-paced environment at our Vero Beach campus. You’ll play a critical role in efficiently getting vehicles retail-ready, supporting inventory optimization through data-driven decision-making, and contributing to our mission of excellence in the pre-owned vehicle world. This full-time, on-site role is your chance to grow, solve challenges, and take pride in your daily impact within our expanding dealership network.

Schedule & Benefits:
5-day work week, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (every other Saturday; closed Sundays)
Competitive pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
