What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Attorney, Product Liability and Class Action Litigation (Bloomfield Hills) position at Dykema?
Dykema’s Bloomfield Hills office seeks a Staff Attorney to join Dykema’s Product Litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years or more of consumer warranty, product litigation, and/or NHTSA or other governmental agency investigations experience related to the automotive industry. This position requires experience conducting fact and technical investigations, reviewing and analyzing technical documents, evaluating cases, negotiating settlements, and managing a high volume workload. Client interaction experience is preferred. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work product under tight deadlines. Candidates must have strong writing and oral advocacy skills. Proficiency in Relativity is a plus. Admission to the Michigan Bar is required. We are not accepting recruiter submissions at this time.
