Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead the charge in building and expanding our sales pipeline. As the first dedicated Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our growth within small to large enterprises, helping us navigate complex sales cycles, and shaping our go-to-market strategy.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering significant ownership and autonomy. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with our product, operations and leadership teams, working closely with founders to drive top of the funnel, and fun full cycle sales processes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is eager to work at the forefront of Robotics and AI.
Key Responsibilities :
- Full Sales Cycle Management : Drive the entire sales process from lead generation to contract closure, focusing on client retention, renewals, upsells, and overall satisfaction. Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline .
- Customer-Centric Approach : Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our product provides solutions. Proactively reach out to potential clients and schedule introductory calls.
- Sales Optimization : Continuously track, analyze, and improve sales campaigns and processes.
- Collaboration and Process Improvement : Work closely with internal teams to achieve customer business outcomes and establish efficient processes that support the company"s evolving needs.
- Relationship Building : Develop strong, long-term relationships with senior executives and technical contacts.
