Position Overview :
We are seeking our founding account executive to manage and implement our sales strategy, including prospecting, lead generation, and new sales channel development to drive revenue growth. This person will also collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Product to align sales strategies with business objectives. They will also oversee the end-to-end sales cycle and excel in closing deals to expand Dyna Robotics" influence within the industry.
Success in this role requires a proactive, curious mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. You"ll excel if you"re a self-starter with a consultative sales approach, strong attention to detail, and exceptional pipeline management skills.
Key Duties
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to generate leads and identify potential clients
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through consistent follow-ups and engagement
- Research target industries and businesses to identify decision-makers and opportunities
- Effectively communicate our value proposition and address client needs
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and share feedback for continuous improvement
- Track outreach activities and update CRM systems or relevant tools.
