We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Recovery Program Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and oversight to clients residing in our Extended Care Program. This includes engaging in regular room checks, facilitating supportive conversations, and ensuring the well-being of clients throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide individualized support and oversight to clients* Engage in regular room checks to ensure client safety and comfort* Facilitate supportive conversations and connections* Collaborate with other staff members to provide comprehensive care and services* Maintain accurate records and reports* Attend training programs and staff meetings* Perform other duties as assigned
