- Develop, plan, organize and manage Dynamic Concept USA operations
- Represents the company and promote its solutions into clients/industry network
- Manage operational activities
- Chair the management committee and ensure follow-ups
- Support, advise and mobilize management staff
- Develop the business in US
- Determine action priorities
- Responsible for carrying and implementing strategic planning
- Be responsible for achieving the company's performance objectives
- Establish and maintain business relationships based on trust, loyalty and friendliness
- Have ideas for continuous improvements and be able to put them into action
- Share the company's vision and achieve its mission

The required qualifications are:
- 10 years technical and management experience in industrial sector, ideally in Aluminium
- Have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or other combinations of education relevant to the
job
- A good ability to analyze the situation
- Knowledge of the aluminum industry or similar sector is an advantage
