Job Overview
Dynamic Designs is currently seeking a Sales Associate at our Post Falls, Idaho location. The Sales Associate will be tasked with selling large format vinyl graphic services to a variety of service, construction, manufacturing, and other B2B market segments.
The large format graphic industry consists of: commercial fleet graphics, custom/personal vehicle graphics, promotional signage, wall murals, banners, marketing materials, exhibit and trade show graphics, point-of-purchase displays (POP), point of sale (POS), etc.
This is a base-pay bonus position
Schedule:
Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm
Limited weekends (1 to 3 events/trade shows per year)

Necessary Skills:
- Excellent cold-calling, objection-handling and closing ability
- Exceptional oral and written communication
- Proficient use of computers and basic software
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, and assist walk-in customers
- Proactively call existing customers to research needs, manage relationships, and follow up on active projects..
- Conduct in-person cold calling to assist existing clients as well as generate new leads.
- Drive personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement available) to outside sales appointments – must have current registration and valid license.
- Travel for sales visits, special events, and training (local/regional travel 5-25% of time)
- Attend business networking events (chamber of commerce, BNI, or similar)
- Enter orders, customer information, and project information into our various computer systems
- Deliver completed products to clients
- Prepare project estimates and present to clients with ability to close deals
- Work with management team on the development of key customer accounts
- Achieve weekly, quarterly, monthly, and annual sales goals
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Responsible for driving new business & up-selling current accounts
- Track sales activity on a daily/weekly basis
- Follows all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes
- Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $36.00 per hour
