TICO Terminal Tractor Account Manager

Responsible for prospecting and selling new and used terminal tractors as well as short-term rentals, long-term leases and service packages. Individual will be tasked and supported with growing and maintaining manufacturer’s expectation for market share in the Greater Chicago marketplace.

Job Responsibilities

· Prospecting/ Cold-Calling

· New & Used Terminal Tractor Sales

· Short-Term Rental Sales

· Long-Term Lease Sales

· Maintaining current and new customer accounts as needed.

· Coordinating with service department to serve the service needs of customers.

· Coordinate with parts department to serve the parts needs of customers.

Skills Needed

· Bachelor’s Degree or 2 Years of Related Experience

· Ability to Travel

· Ability to navigate our Dealer Management Software

· Ability to utilize a CRM

· Good communication both internally and externally

· Ability to work with a team

· High level of organization

· Proficiency in Microsoft Software Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Self-starter with the ability to manage time and resources at a high level

· Problem solving

Dynamic offers world-class service to every customer type ranging from warehouse and distribution to heavy intermodal operations throughout Chicago and the Midwest United States.

Dynamic believes great service is the key to a successful sales organization which is why service is the heart of their business. In other words, sales sells the first truck; service sells the rest.

The Greater Chicago marketplace is home to many large corporations, all of whom utilize terminal tractors in their daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
