Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and demonstrate proficiency in various nursing practices. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics, in a variety of settings such as memory care and critical care environments. The LPN will play a vital role in providing quality healthcare services while ensuring the comfort and well-being of patients. This is a 6 week contract from March 17th through April 26th and you will need to work 7p-7:30a every Friday, Saturday and Sunday night.
Duties
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist in diagnostic evaluations and implement care plans for patients.
- Provide nursing care to patients with disabilities, ensuring their specific needs are met.
- Offer support and education to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatment options.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards of practice.
