Duties

- Oversee the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment, ensuring timely communication with prospective students.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective advertising campaigns that highlight the institution's strengths.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline communications and enhance engagement with potential applicants.
- Manage content marketing efforts, including website updates via WordPress, social media campaigns, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze data and trends in admissions to inform decision-making and improve recruitment strategies.
- Conduct presentations and outreach activities at schools, college fairs, and community events to promote the institution.
- Lead, train, and mentor the admissions team to achieve departmental goals while fostering a positive work environment.
Experience
- Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or related fields is essential.
- Strong skills in advertising sales and product management are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and tools is preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications for data analysis and reporting is beneficial.
- Experience with content creation and management using WordPress is an advantage.
- A background in sales or customer service will be considered an asset.
