Fiberglass Technician

Dynamic Marine & Motorsports is looking for an experienced Service Technician with specialized skills in fiberglass and gel coat repair to join our growing team for the boating season! Position: Service Technician – Fiberglass & Gel Coat Repair
Location: 1323 W Main St Lexington SC 29072
Job Type: Full-Time Seasonal

Responsibilities:

• MUST have experience with changing propellers, performing annual services, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and handling marine installations (wiring, electronics, add-ons, etc.)—WE DO IT ALL!
• Perform fiberglass and gel coat repairs on boats
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on marine engines
• Conduct routine maintenance and preventative care on boats (oil changes, tune-ups, etc.)
• Assist with boat detailing and restoration projects
• Provide excellent customer service and work closely with our team to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized service area

Qualifications:

• Experience in fiberglass and gel coat repairs on boats
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of marine engines
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of boat-related issues
• Attention to detail with a focus on high-quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
