Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive monitoring and high-volume reconciliation for client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Generate and distribute detailed financial reports and ledgers to diverse clientele.
- Fund Management: Facilitate fund transfers and track financial inflows to maintain optimal account balances. Conduct due diligence on dormant financial instruments and process unclaimed funds according to regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Support: Address and resolve financial inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
- Vendor Relations: Process and validate vendor payments while managing vendor relations to resolve discrepancies in accounts payable. Ensure compliance with tax regulations for vendor information management.
- Daily Operations: Supervise daily financial transactions and deposits, assist in managing refunds, and support invoicing operations.
Key Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent required, degree in Business or a related field a plus
- 3 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and high-volume reconciliation, reconciling 20 accounts
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- A trustworthy team player with integrity and a strong work ethic
