What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with Account Managers to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Execute client campaigns, proactively engage with stakeholders (e.g., coaches, ADs), and ensure alignment with goals.
- Manage all client communication via HubSpot (Zoom, phone, email, tickets).
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries, training, and technical support.
- Partner with Client Solutions & Enablement Manager to resolve client challenges.
