Pay Range: $28-30/hr DOE

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will operate excavators and loaders to efficiently and safely process, load, and transport aggregate materials at the production yard. You’ll work in a state-of-the-art facility that processes 1,500 tons daily, and your work will directly contribute to helping the environment. What You’ll Do
- Safely maneuver excavators and loaders in confined spaces to process, load, and transport recycled materials.
- Perform routine inspections and basic upkeep to ensure machinery efficiency.
- Communicate with supervisors, logistics teams, and crew members to align on production needs and equipment status.
- Uphold strict safety protocols in a zero-incident workplace.
