What You'll Do
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with a portfolio of long-term, loyal clients, ensuring their needs are met and trust is maintained.
- tailored solutions to both new accounts and renewing clients, aligning with their goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and in-person presentations or demonstrations.
- Establish strong connections with influential stakeholders such as athletic directors, coaches, booster club leaders, and advancement professionals to expand influence and impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, client success, operations, and product development to achieve shared goals.
What You’ll Bring
- 1 years experience in a sales role where you've honed your ability to meet targets and build rapport with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional communication skills that shine during face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and virtual interactions like Zoom presentations.
- Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus)
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them decisively.
- Team-oriented approach with a willingness to collaborate across departments and contribute to shared goals.
- Passion for sports and understanding of the high school and college athletic market.
- Experience using CRM systems required; HubSpot preferred.
