Key Responsibilities
- Financial Oversight and Reporting : Conduct comprehensive monitoring and high-volume reconciliation for client portfolios, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. Generate and distribute detailed financial reports and ledgers to diverse clientele.
- Fund Management : Facilitate fund transfers and track financial inflows to maintain optimal account balances. Conduct due diligence on dormant financial instruments and process unclaimed funds according to regulatory requirements.
- Stakeholder Support : Address and resolve financial inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support.
- Vendor Relations : Process and validate vendor payments while managing vendor relations to resolve discrepancies in accounts payable. Ensure compliance with tax regulations for vendor information management.
- Daily Operations : Supervise daily financial transactions and deposits, assist in managing refunds, and support invoicing operations.
