We are seeking an experienced National Security Solutions Manager to join our team at Dynamic Protection Group, Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through new business development, account management, and strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth across multiple security sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision makers within target accounts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing clients.
- Engage with prospects through various outreach tactics, including market research, networking, and participation in local/national industry organizations.
- Manage sales pipelines and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in business development, account management, or a related field within the private security industry.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree (master's degree is strongly preferred).
- Strong customer service ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to give in-person presentations/demonstrations to potential customers.
