Job Description:
The Senior Protection Solutions Specialist will be responsible for generating new business leads by utilization of existing industry contacts, market research, networking & participation in local/national industry organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Drive new business revenue across multiple private security service sectors for DPG's national growth.
- Produce detailed proposal presentations for prospective clients and apply specific consultative sales techniques to offer each customer a high-value, tailored security solution.
Required Skills:
- 5 years of experience successfully leading and executing strategic business development and account management with a proven record in the private security industry.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Operational experience managing a team of security officers or working as a security officer is a huge plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (master's degree is strongly preferred)
- Have the ability to work under pressure and on one's own initiative.
- Strong customer service ethic, desire to go the extra mile to surpass client expectations.
