Job Description

As the Head of Technical Operations, you will oversee our technical operations, ensuring all systems, networks, and IT services run smoothly, securely, and efficiently. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and implement strategies that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage technical operations teams, including IT, network, and technical support.
2. Develop and execute technical strategies aligned with business objectives.
3. Oversee uptime and performance of OSS/BSS systems, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
4. Manage change processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
5. Plan and execute disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the team.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
8. Use data-driven insights to forecast operational needs and improve performance.
9. Ensure escalated customer issues are resolved promptly and within SLA.
10. Manage budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimise operational expenses.

Requirements:

We require 10 years of experience in technical operations, IT infrastructure, or systems engineering, with 5 years in senior leadership. A strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and data centre management is essential. You must be able to lead, mentor, and inspire diverse technical teams.
