Responsibilities
- Oversee security operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing de-escalation techniques.
- Monitor surveillance systems and maintain CCTV equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to prevent loss and ensure property safety.
- Provide first aid and CPR as necessary, ensuring a safe environment.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when required and maintain accurate incident reports.
- Hold a valid driver's license for transportation and emergency response duties.
