Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking full-time Senior IT Portfolio Management. This is an exempt position in support of government customer located in Bethesda, MD. Some remote flexibility at customer's discretion.
Experience Required
- Lead projects and drive activities for multiple portfolios and projects of varying size and complexity
- IT Process and procedures documentation and Technical Writing expertise
- Expert knowledge of federal policies for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), including Technology Business Management (TBM) and EPLC requirements
- Ability to understand requirements and their impact on technical directions of a solution
- Ability to maintain professionalism and react to customers appropriately, while exhibiting the highest level of customer service
- Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced development process
- Expert client management and communication skills with the ability to resolve high visibility issues
- Perform Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and actively update the IMS as established in the projects Baseline Control documentation, utilize the IMS to support EVM efforts, perform "What-if" analysis, and report on the best corrective action needed to keep projects on schedule
- Ability to develop, document, and ensure adherence to technical standards
- Expert documentation, presentation, and communication skills with working teams and senior level management,
- Reviews work for accuracy and clarity and is able to write effectively and clearly
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to track and execute on-going compliance obligations
- Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and management
- Must be flexible and willing to undertake a wide variety of challenging tasks
- Proven experience at driving consensus across multiple stakeholders

Qualifications Requirements:
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust background clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related field
- 8 years of related experience in technology strategy and portfolio management
- Agile Development practices

- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with budgeting and estimation for future program requirements
