What are the responsibilities and job description for the Master Resilience Training Program Analyst position at Dynamic Systems Technology?
Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc is seeking a contingent hire for a Master Resilience Training (MRT) Program Analyst to provide professional expertise in support of program statistics for the MRT program at the National Guard Bureau. The position is based on client site in Arlington, VA and is a hybrid position.
Duties Include:
· Monitor and pull data in relation to resource and training allocation and execution.
· Perform trend analysis on funding and provide Courses of Actions (COAs) regarding program implementation and capabilities.
· Analyze all training materials, reports, and feedback and provide COAs regarding efficiencies.
· Comfortable analyzing policies and guidance in the scope of identifying impact on branch programs
· Develop metrics for campaigns and maintain capability assessments on existing efforts and program initiatives
· Develop and maintain state level partnerships and relationships.
· Coordinate all resilience training materials, locations, applications, etc. while maintaining all class rosters
· Create and distribute monthly newsletter.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in a Social Science or related field
· Must be able to obtain a Tier 1 Security Clearance
· Ability to effectively communicate with civilian and military personnel at all levels
· Data visualization experience
· Demonstrated proficiency conducting data analysis at all stages
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
· Proven ability to communicate ongoing work and findings to leadership and others through written, visual, and spoken reports and briefings
